This was a most notable solution in my early days. Cable and Wireless (Flow) was unable to solve a problem that Mr Frank Mcconney was having. I took it on and made a recommendation. A solution was found.
How does it work? You only need to believe in your God given ability and trust His word (YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE AN EXPERT). This is the word that I hold to: and be solution-focused.

WHY WAS THIS PAGE PREPARED?
We have become a problem focused people, and we need to move into a solution-focused mindset. There will always be problems, but if together we work towards finding solutions, the better it will be for everyone. After 30 years at Barbados Light and Power, my job was about solutions, not problems. I have shared two very early stories in my life with a solution-minded approach that helped everyone. We are not to be selfish with our gift; we should help everyone for a better Barbados. We need to fix the matter of our Barbados governance, and I have made my recommendations – See 30.8% B’dos Flop Elections.
