LAND TAX EXAMPLE of criminal activity by the government.

When you buy land, who becomes the new owner? You.

Does the government own any part of the land? No.

Is there any expense that is a result of ownership of the land? None.

So, if you are the only owner and you are  not causing a service expense to the county, why do you have to pay taxes for your property?  This is the problem they will pay for under God’s judgment. 

So, if you are not able to pay the exorbitant amount of tax on your own property, they will steal it from you. They call this activity legal. All those that are part of this practice will be judged according to this evil. If you stop paying the taxes on your car and park it, do they steal your car too? No, they want to steal the item that has value.

Under Maritime Admiralty Laws (Westminister Lawfare) You do NOT Ever own the land – you pay the previous custodian an agreed price for a Transfer of Title which has your Name in CAPITAL LETTERS attached – Your Legal Fiction / Straw Man.

The State has and will always own the land regardless – simply because You as a Citizen (translation means -servant of the State) did sign your Natural Birthright to the State at Birth with a Birth Certificate (your name in CAPITAL LETTERS) under which you became, and are to this day, a Ward of The State.

The Land You thought you paid for DID NOT BUY THE LAND – You paid the former custodian a fee for his services. The Land Remains the Property of the State for which you paid an Illegal Property Transfer Tax followed by an Illegal Annual Fee (land tax) for the privilege of using it for your further privileges of having a living quarters etc.

Only the reinstallation of a Common and Natural Law Constitution by which the People are Free as Sovereign Nationals can we abolish the illegal and Criminal Practice of Land Tax and by extension Admiralty Maritime Lawfare.

It sounds like the Common and Natural Law would bring us back and away from this criminal land tax.

I get your point; I get it well.

BUT, when we transfer from our present location for our eternal judgment, it will be GOD’S LAW that we will be judged by. In other words, we will not be judged by Maritime Admiralty Law, Westminster Lawfare, or Barbados law; we will be judged by the superior law given to us by our PERFECT creator. A law that no one bothers to study, 

This is why I live and teach the law of God.

Man will go to hell with his crap laws; like this land tax law.

By the Word of God which is the Way, the Truth, and the Life, it tells us who the land/world belongs to. It is written. 

Ps 24:1 A Psalm of David. The earth is the LORD’S, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.

Hi Trevor (Bajan Eagle), I read this message and know if it’s law many years ago , before I bought my land . The Gov of Barbados even changed the condition of my land to make me pay more in taxes. Who gave them even that right? They just do what they want and even the courts rule in their favor . These things are wrong, unlawful, corrupt, you name it . But if you or anyone protects they’re going to cause a crime . And the same courts that are supposed to rule on what is right convict you as wrong. So yeah, the earth belongs to God and we will wait for his judgment. Until these earthly laws are removed, we will own nothing. Does these laws apply to the politician who made and maintained them??

Why don’t the politician who is responsible for property or lands challenge these laws in the courts knowing it’s illegal on the land owner 😕???

They do what they want? That is the nature of criminals. 

THE ONGOING CRIME BY MISCHIEF

There are islands in the Caribbean that do not tax the family land (not yet). However, somehow this deviant action/behavior got started here on the island of Barbados. So, the family land, which was purchased through our fathers’ sweat and blood, is taken away and sold to the very RICH at a give-away price. The valuation process is set up and runs like a scheme. This is not law; this is called mischief. 

Ps 94:20 Shall the throne of iniquity have fellowship with thee, which frameth mischief by a law?

Ps 119:150 They draw nigh that follow after mischief: they are far from thy law.

To my brothers and sisters in the Caribbean who are not faced with this crime, keep your eyes on your government. They lack creativity, ingenuity, and vision. They only see money and how to get more and more of it by tax, tax, and more tax. In America, the Epstein class is behind these mischievous laws, and all they have done is destroy that nation. Do not let it happen to your country. 

No stealing of family land. No law of mischief (yet).

NEWS UPDATE
Floridians in the USA are voting in 2026 to remove the land tax mischief. It is a start. |  Video from Florida

Why can we in Barbados not do the same and remove this mischief (land tax)? We as a people are followers, not leaders. If America gets this evil removed, we will then take a look. But what about the negative effect on the budget? This mischief is wrong and should not be there in the first place. We are getting in order moving forward to step into God’s way and when we do that, in God, the sky is the limit. Budgets will be fixed as NEW ideas come in.

Note: People that only focus on money are void of ideas. These people love their money, and if you know what is written in the great Book about money, you would understand what I am saying.
