I hope this email finds you and your great team of professionals well.
This is the week that I am to get back to you regarding the going forward of my land tax that is owing to your department. My presentation is about 75% complete and I am almost ready to deliver it.
Update on unfinished presentation. Due to my illness, I started a medical program on Monday (and other things) and this have pushed me back somewhat. This program is geared to help me recover.
As soon as my presentation is complete, I will email it to you. This should be less than 3 weeks if all goes well with my treatment.

Good day (TO),
I thank you for taking my call this morning; it is much appreciated. On June 3rd and 14th, 2026, I sent two emails concerning three properties to (TW)) and to date I have not gotten a response.
Nb. Correction; I spoke to (Ms C) on June 2 (not 3rd), and then I sent the email with incorrect email address (to TW on June 3, 2026. I sent the corrected email address on June 14, 2026, after I found the first email was incorrect. I also tried to reach (TW) by phone about two to three times leaving messages (One of these called involved (Ms B)).
Request:
As you mentioned about involving (HB), can you respond to receiving this email by also copying in to the said Manager (B). Also, since I copied in (TW) again, please check for me if she received this email and let me know. Thanks.
My response.
I am preparing my proposal to be sent to your department and I am looking by or before July 1, Wednesday next week I believe I can have a physical meeting with you within three weeks – latest July 8th. I am still recovering right now and I am hoping with God’s help I would be ready to meet with you. I thank you for your understanding.
Suggestion.
Email servers that get incorrect email addresses usually bounce back to let the sender know the email is incorrect. It appears your email server is not working in that way. If I had gotten the failed email return, I would have sent the first email sooner and before June 14, 2026.

Dear (TW),
After speaking to (Ms C) on June 3, 2026, she gave me your email address after I told her of my condition (recovering from a 2024 stroke). I told her I was still recovering. I sent the email below on June 3 (with an “n” and not a “m”) and it did not bounce back. I am now checking and noticed the error on my side. I am now resending the email with the correct spelling.

Subject: Updating land tax accounts

To BRA representative.
Dear (TW),
I was given your name yesterday as the representative to assist me in settling my family’s land tax debt with your department.
Brief History:
2014 – The matriarch of our family became ill. In 2019 our matriarch died. During the period, we took care of her and all of our resources were directed to her home care. In 2019 she died at her home and in her bed PEACEFULLY. We as a family gave thanks for her love and direction as the Lord led her.
2020 – Something called covid-19 turned our world upside down. To this day we have not yet fully recovered.
2024 – In about the third month I suffered a stroke and was hospitalized at the Q.E.H. After some time and with God’s help I recovered and was able to carry on as the patriot of the family. I have not fully recovered but I am getting there managing as best as I could.
2026 – As I am now able, my family wants to settle the matter of our outstanding debt with your department.
Settling the following accounts.
The following accounts are some years outstanding. There are others but these are the most pressing at the moment.
