Informed the BRA representative by email that I will be soon ready with my presentation. See email.  Note: An interesting man called me today and asked me about purchasing the property we own in the said area. His name is (Mr P). We have been asked by certain people several times to sell our property; over the years, it is like clockwork.

After I received a letter from BRA about one of our properties that was in arrears with the department, I called and spoke to (TO). I shared the history with him, and he was both kind and professional as I explained my situation. I also followed up with an email.

The Home & Business Landowners (B’dos) Association was registered today. The website link. Trevor Sealy is the president of the association and chief spokesman for its members. A limited release to people was shared to begin membership, and to date, the association is growing in numbers. The government post was updated on bajaneagle.com showing comments from  notable citizens of our country. To date, the Bajan Eagle (Trevor Sealy) has not found anyone who can give a good reason to pay on land that you own. Some people, like myself, call it criminal and MUST BE STOPPED. The governor of Florida, Ron DeSantis, calls land tax the WORST kind of tax – Go here to hear him. He is incorrect; it is not the worst kind of tax; in our God’s eyes, it is mischief, also known as SIN.

Update
Trevor Sealy noticed what looked like a 100% increase in the land tax bill. A decision was made not to pay this increase because it was believed to be unfair.
